Feedback Corps and Feedback Training

OIR often recruits a small number of students to work with us  on assessment on a volunteer basis. As members of Olin’s Student Feedback Corps these students receive special training in facilitation skills. They may lead community discussion groups and provide a valuable link on assessment matters to OIR.

OIR also supports ongoing training for the Olin community in giving and receiving feedback. In 2004/2005, R2’s received this training .
