Organizational Health

Olin has conducted annual surveys of Organizational Health since the summer of 2001. These surveys are designed to measure the degree to which the community has lived up to its personal and institutional core values and to assess key organizational processes.

The Organizational Health Survey is overseen by the Office of Innovation and Research, advised by an Organizational Health Committee. The survey is conducted using the services of Hilary Ziven of First Light Consulting. Check the Sidebar for a copy of the latest survey.
