Community Feedback Sessions

As part of an ongoing tradition, OIR organizes and facilitates periodic community-wide feedback sessions. Results are passed on to individuals and offices at Olin who can respond to the suggestions generated. Typically these sessions are held in conjunction with Expo, review of the Organizational Health survey, or, occasionally, with Big Conversations.
